All instructors of Nimish Driving School are authorized Approved Driving Instructors of DVSA.
- Duration and Booking of Lessons
- Each fully paid driving lesson will have a minimum duration of one hour, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- The timing, location, and duration of individual lessons should be mutually agreed upon by you and your instructor.
- It is your responsibility to obtain direct contact information for your instructor, such as their mobile phone number.
- Lesson Delays and Rescheduling
- In the event that your instructor arrives slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond their control, they will make efforts to extend the lesson by the same amount of time or add extra time to a subsequent lesson.
- If your instructor cannot arrange for an alternative instructor to conduct a driving lesson or if the vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown, the instructor reserves the right to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. In such cases, the instructor shall not be liable for any refund or expenses incurred, including for practical driving test bookings.
- If the instructor is at fault for missing a practical test, their liability will be limited to the DVSA practical driving test fee.
- The cost of using the training car for the driving test period must be paid 48 hours prior to the test.
- Payment and Liability
- Payment for lessons is due at the beginning of each lesson unless prepaid.
- Payments can be made in cash or online.
- The pupil acknowledges that Nimish Driving School bears no liability for any loss, injury, or damage. The agreement is solely between the pupil and the instructor.
- All instructors are franchised and self-employed, and all contracts are between the instructor and the pupil. Nimish Driving School administers the forwarding of prepaid funds directly to the instructor. It is the pupil’s responsibility to reconcile tuition received against funds paid with the instructor. Any transaction disputes should be raised with the instructor, as Nimish Driving School does not involve itself in the day-to-day handling of funds.
- Prepaid Lessons and Vouchers
- All prepaid lesson prices will be honoured for a period of 3 months. After 3 months, any unused lessons will be subject to the current lesson price, and no refund will be provided.
- Vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for a period of 6 months only. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Nimish Driving School, vouchers may be honoured, but any increase in lesson prices will be applied.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
- To cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must provide a minimum of two (48 hours) clear working days’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charges for the pre-booked lesson period in full.
- All cancellations and rescheduling must be made directly between you and your instructor and must be confirmed.
- Administrative Agent
- Nimish Driving School acts as an agent for your instructor in receiving payments for driving tuition, excluding payments made directly by you to your instructor. When making bookings, providing information or documentation, or processing payments for lessons, Nimish Driving School acts as an administrative agent on behalf of your instructor.
- Intensive Courses and Deposits
- Deposits received for intensive courses are non-refundable.
- Insurance and Claims
- All instructors are self-insured for statutory driving school car insurance. Any claims arising from incidents will be resolved between the instructor and any other involved parties.
- Terms and Conditions for Promotions
- Promotions are applicable to learner drivers only.
- Promotions are valid for new customers only.
- Contact by phone or confirmation is required to avail of promotion deals.
- Advanced payments should be made after confirming with the instructor.
- Promotional deals cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- Offers are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
- Promotions are not valid for use in driving tests or for individuals who have already booked a driving test.
- Promotions are not valid for driving assessments, refresher courses, or intensive courses.
- Money-back guarantee deals are subject to specific terms and conditions.
